On March 8, 2023, at 11:33 AM, I added ₺24,000 to my Bitpanda account. Nevertheless, as of 11:15 AM on March 9, 2023, the deposit remains pending.
In each of my multiple communications with Bitpanda's support staff, they informed me of a "technical issue" and promised to process the deposit "as soon as possible." Nevertheless, I am becoming increasingly concerned because the deposit was made more than 24 hours ago.
It seems to me that Bitpanda might be a fraudulent website. I can't even begin to fathom the difficulty of withdrawing a higher sum if they are unable to handle a ₺24,000 deposit.
I'm pleading with Bitpanda to look into this matter and swiftly process my deposit. I'm also asking for a clearer description of the "technical issue" that's dragging things out.
