Unable to Add Funds to My Bitget Futures Position Despite Balance

I transferred money to my Bitget account to add funds to an open futures position, but I am unable to make the addition even though the funds are showing in my account. This prevents me from lowering my costs, and it’s an urgent matter.
I contacted customer support 8 hours ago, but they have yet to provide a solution or even a meaningful response. This delay is unacceptable, especially for such time-sensitive trading issues.
I demand immediate assistance from Bitget to resolve this problem. I need to be able to use my funds to manage my position without further delays. Please prioritize this issue and provide a resolution promptly.
