Bitget isn’t sending the withdrawal code to my email account; how can I resolve this?

To fix this problem, first make sure that your email address is entered correctly and is working properly.

Sometimes, automated emails end up in the spam or junk files, so check those too. Also, make sure your email account isn't full, because that could stop new messages from coming in.

If the problem persists, consider adding Bitget's official email addresses ([email protected], [email protected]) to your email whitelist to ensure their messages are not blocked.

Also, make sure that any email filters or firewalls that might be blocking the sending of these codes are turned off.

If these steps don't fix the problem, you should contact Bitget's customer service right away for more help.
