However, for about 16 months, my coins have not appeared in my account, and I have not been able to find any solution to this issue. Despite multiple attempts to contact Bitay customer service, I have received no response. The transaction was carried out from Isparta and the staking was done through the official feature offered by the platform. My registered phone number on the account is 0534****610. I request that my grievance be resolved and that my missing coins be returned to my account.
