Contact BiTaksi support with a clear escalation;
• State that a promo was displayed in the app but the full fare was still charged
• Provide trip details: date/time, pickup & drop-off addresses, booking/order ID, driver’s name/plate (if available)
• Attach screenshots of the promo shown in the app before booking and the final fare charged on your statement
• Include the promo code name or banner, any terms shown
Ask them to;
• Confirm whether the promo should have applied to your trip under the terms shown
• Explain why the promo was not applied at checkout (app bug, promo expired, incorrect fare class, etc.)
• Refund the discount difference or provide equivalent ride credit/voucher if the promo was displayed but not applied
• Provide a written confirmation of the credit or refund and how they’ve fixed the issue
Also include these points if needed;
• Clarify promo validity and restrictions (time, service type, first-ride only, minimum distance, etc.)
• Ask them to correct the app pricing logic so other users aren’t misled by the same promo display
If support does not reply, you might want to consider posting a complaint on Xolvie in order to bring attention to the issue and try to find a solution.
