Binomo Blocked My Account Without A Clear Reason

I am a Binomo user from Indonesia and I am writing to complain about the rejection of my withdrawal request and the subsequent blocking of my account without a clear and reasonable explanation. Since December, I have been trying to withdraw my funds via bank transfer using the withdrawal feature provided in the Binomo application. My withdrawal was rejected without any explanation, and shortly afterwards my account was blocked on the grounds of alleged fraud, even though there was still a balance of approximately $2,000 (around IDR 30,000,000) in it. I use the account registered with ID 72665*** and the email address alwanwork***@gmail.com. I only used the withdrawal feature that Binomo itself provides in the app. If from the beginning customers are required to complete bonus missions before withdrawing, I do not understand why the withdrawal feature is shown as available and can be used. It feels very unfair and misleading that after I used a feature presented in the platform, my account was blocked with an accusation of fraud and my balance was taken. After the problem occurred, I contacted Binomo via their official email. I was first asked to wait 10 business days. After those 10 days passed, I was again asked to wait another 10 days. Not long after this second waiting period, my account was blocked on the grounds of alleged fraud. Binomo did not explain what specific fraud I am supposed to have committed; they only informed me that the funds in my account had become the property of Binomo. I had only been trading on the platform for about one week after topping up, so I find this accusation and the confiscation of my funds completely unreasonable and unacceptable. With this complaint, I request that Binomo immediately unblock my account and return full access to the balance that was in it, and provide a clear, detailed written explanation of what has happened and on what basis they accuse me of fraud. I also expect Binomo to review and correct the use of the withdrawal feature and bonus conditions so that customers are not misled and do not experience situations like this again.
