Binomo Withdrawal Unavailable Problem
I have a Binomo VIP account that I use from India, and today, a few hours ago, my withdrawal section suddenly started showing “withdrawal unavailable” when I tried to withdraw via bank transfer. Until then, I was able to use my account normally, and I was not informed in advance that any restriction or block would be applied. After seeing that withdrawals were unavailable, I contacted Binomo support. They replied that during verification, their security team decided to check my account in more detail, that this process may take up to 10 business days (excluding weekends), and that during this entire period, withdrawals are not available. This means I currently cannot access or withdraw my own funds, even though my account is a VIP account. I find it very stressful that my balance is blocked without any clear explanation of what exactly is being checked or why this happened so suddenly. I request that my account be checked and resolved as quickly as possible and that my full balance be released and withdrawn to my bank account without further delay. I also expect clear and transparent information about the reason for this additional verification and the restriction on withdrawals.
