I Face an Unfair BIGO LIVE Ban After Simply Joining a Stream

My name is Oktay Y****, I am 27 years old, and I use the BIGO LIVE account with the username “Oktay. Yyaman942.” On March 29, I entered a livestream room only to say hello, yet my account was suddenly banned even though I did not act disrespectfully, use profanity, insult anyone, or violate any platform rules.

I know that the person responsible for my ban uses the username “yozka” on BIGO LIVE and the Instagram account “bayanflimango.” I believe this person unfairly reported me and caused my account to be banned without justification, and I would like to file a complaint against them.

Receiving a punishment despite having done nothing wrong has caused me serious frustration and inconvenience. I request that the ban on my BIGO LIVE account, which is registered under my own identity, be removed and that my account be fully reactivated. I also ask that the account belonging to the user named “yozka” be thoroughly investigated and, if necessary, permanently suspended.

I kindly request that this matter be investigated carefully and that I receive a clear response regarding the outcome.
