BigoLive Gave Me a 30-Day Comment Ban Without Explanation

I have been using Bigo, and about a week ago, I suddenly received a 30‑day ban from commenting, without any clear explanation or warning. I was not informed of any specific violation, guideline breach, or reason that would justify such a restriction on my account. Since I have not been given any detailed information about what I supposedly did wrong, I find this situation unfair and confusing. I would like my account and my actions to be reviewed in detail and, if there is no clear and justified violation, I request that this 30‑day comment ban be removed as soon as possible.
