BigoLive Support Needed for iPhone Device Ban

While using the BigoLive app on my iPhone SE device, my device was banned even though I did not violate any rules. For the past two hours, I have been unable to access my account or the app. I was not given any warning, explanation, or valid reason for this action.

As a result of this situation, I am experiencing hardship. I am requesting that the device ban be reviewed and, if it was issued unfairly, that it be lifted immediately so I can regain access to my account.
