Badoo Disabled My Account and Ignored My Support Requests

My Badoo account, registered under the username “sive sigobo” and the email address “sivesig***@commail.com,” was suspended on January 27 without any explanation or stated reason. I was using my account normally and did not receive any prior warning, notification, or information about a violation.
After the suspension, I contacted Badoo customer support to ask why my account was suspended and to request a review. However, I have not received any response, and my account remains unavailable.
I respectfully request that my account be urgently reviewed and reactivated, or that I be provided with a clear written explanation of the specific reason for this suspension. I would like this issue to be resolved as soon as possible so that I can continue using my account.
