Bigo Live Country Setting Changed Automatically and Broke My Account

While using the Bigo Live app, on 04/29/2026 at around 6:00 PM, my account suddenly switched to the global region of another country for no reason at all. After this happened, I became unable to view or join my friends’ live broadcasts.

Even after deleting and reinstalling the application and trying different troubleshooting methods, my country/region setting has not been corrected and the issue still continues. The username of the account I actively use is “Fero0334”.

I request that my account be moved back to the Turkey region and that all necessary settings be urgently corrected so I can once again see my friends’ live streams and participate in their broadcasts without any issues.
