Even After Cancellation, BetterMe Continues to Charge You
I canceled my membership with BetterMe, but they have kept taking money from my card every month for the past two months. I want my money back right now. Why am I still being charged for a membership that I'm not using? What kind of situation is this? I can't find any phone number or email to contact the company, but the deductions keep happening.

All subscription information, including billing cycle, trial, post-trial price, renewal terms, etc., is provided before the purchase (on the plan selection page and payment page) and after the purchase (payment confirmation email). The subscription renewal process can be canceled manually via the BetterMe app > More > Manage Subscription or through the company's web resources.
