Can't Log My Food And Access My BetterMe Plan
They helped me last time and gave me 3 months of access, but I can't log my food because it asks me to pay. I tried to log out and log back in, but my password didn't work. The reset password link doesn't work either. I need assistance, but they stopped replying to my emails. My ID is 8618305.
