Poor BetterMe Customer Support and a Tricky Billing Situation

I do not make use of the content provided by BetterMe. I couldn't remember the details of my membership. Multiple emails have been sent out with the subject line "I forgot my password." On the other hand, I never get any emails about resetting my password. Why should I pay for a service when I'm not even going to make use of it? My regular card is being charged for membership fees at this time. Where can I find the cancellation policy? I require a solution as soon as possible. The amount of 115₺ that was deducted was the same as it was the previous month. I demand that the amounts that were taken out be refunded to me. In the event that I do not receive an acceptable response, I will pursue legal action.
