BetterMe App Stuck on White Screen - No Video Loading

Good afternoon,

I recently installed the app for the wall pilates course. While the app opens successfully, I only see a white screen and the video won't load. I used the app in the summer and found the workouts incredibly helpful. I'd like to get it working again as soon as possible.
