I saw Betterme Pilates on the wall in the Facebook ad and purchased the 28-day plan. However, when I downloaded the app, I couldn't find any pilates exercises. I need someone to contact me and if there is no pilates, I want to cancel my subscription. My email ID is 8660438.

Hello! Thank you for sharing your feedback and we are sorry for any inconvenience. Here's how you can find your Wall Pilates plan: 1) Open the BetterMe App; 2) Tap on Wall Pilates at the bottom.
