I Completed Bonus Wagering but Betpatro Refused My Withdrawal

I have been using my Betpatro account, which I opened around May 2020, without any problems until today. After playing with the trial bonus offered on the Betpatro site and fully completing the wagering requirements, I submitted a withdrawal request of 1,000 TL at around 17:30 today. However, my withdrawal request was rejected with the justification of “multiple accounts,” and no concrete evidence or explanation was provided to support this accusation. I absolutely do not accept this multiple-account accusation, as my account belongs solely to me and I have never been informed of any document or identity verification requirement before this incident. I would also like to clearly state that I am ready to provide any requested document or identification information to prove that this account is mine. I request that Betpatro review my account and all transactions in detail, cancel the unjust “multiple accounts” decision, approve my 1,000 TL withdrawal request that was rejected without basis, and pay me my rightful winnings as soon as possible.

I'm happy to update that Betpatro took my complaint seriously. They conducted a detailed review, realized it was a false positive, and promptly approved my withdrawal. I really appreciate a site that listens to its users and corrects its mistakes
