Inconsistent Rules and Frustrating Customer Experience at BetOffice

I find the Betoffice website untrustworthy, with representatives enforcing inconsistent rules. When I asked about the 30% loss bonus, one person said it was granted, while another said it was not. This inconsistency is deeply troubling and disturbing. Furthermore, the representative A***'s arrogant demeanor and uniform responses to everyone are unappealing. Another perplexing aspect is their practice of labeling funds as bonuses only to have the bonus vanish later. Furthermore, attempting to cancel my membership has been a nightmare. They oppose deletion and keep saying the same things to discourage me from doing so. The entire experience has been disappointing, from the contradictory rules to the dismissive and repetitive behavior of customer service. These issues cast serious doubt on the site's dependability and customer service quality.
