I made several deposits in a single day on Betoffice, and although I didn't win, I accepted it as part of the risk. However, on my last deposit, I encountered a significant issue. After purchasing Free Spins, the site crashed, took my money, and logged me out of the game. When I tried to resume, the game didn't continue from where it left off.

This site is definitely not reliable. When I contacted customer service, I received unhelpful responses such as "there's an update," "please wait," or "there's nothing we can do."
