Bershka Store Refused Fitting Rooms for Customers Due to Private Event
After spending 45 minutes picking out items at the Bershka store in Marmara Forum AVM, we were disappointed to find out that we were not allowed to use the fitting rooms. According to their instructions, we have the option to buy the items directly and then try them on at a different store. If necessary, we can exchange or get a refund. They explained that they were tied up with a wedding event at the moment. It appears that the store is selectively choosing customers. Is there a designated time when the store is closed for certain people? This treatment is not up to par.
