Bershka Order Canceled Without Explanation – Lost Coupon and No Refund
A week ago, we placed an order with Bershka, using a ₺350 coupon. However, the order was suddenly canceled without any reason, and our coupon was also voided. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service during their listed hours (10:00 - 17:00), no one has responded. The contact number provided is international, which we cannot call.
It’s frustrating that a well-known brand like Bershka would cancel our order without explanation, while others are able to use their coupons without issue. We expected better from Bershka. I request immediate assistance for a refund and the reinstatement of our coupon.
