Benefit Systems Charges Full Monthly Fee Despite Weeks of Technical Outages
I applied for a Multisport Plus membership provided by Benefit Systems under the +1 relative campaign offered to Migros employees. I was informed that my membership would begin on July 1, 2026; however, the physical card required for the membership did not arrive until July 7.
After receiving the card, I encountered system registration and login errors on the Benefit Systems platform, which completely prevented me from using my membership. I submitted a written notification of these technical issues to Benefit Systems on July 14, 2026. I have email correspondence and error logs available upon request.
Following the eventual resolution of these technical problems, I was only able to make my first QR code facility entry on July 28, 2026. This date is clearly documented in the Multisport usage logs.
Despite this, the full July monthly fee of $122 was automatically deducted from my salary for the +1 Multisport Plus membership. Due to the delivery delay and technical issues caused entirely by Benefit Systems, I was unable to access the membership services I paid for during almost the entire month.
Therefore, I demand a full refund of the $122 Multisport Plus membership fee collected for July 2026 back to the account from which it was deducted, and the complete resolution of my grievance. When reviewing this matter, I ask that my support ticket dated July 14 and my initial QR code entry record dated July 28 be thoroughly examined.
