BDGgame UPI Deposit Successful but Not Credited to Account

I made a deposit of 5,000 to my BDGgame account (game ID: 9464***) yesterday at around 1:30 via UPI, but the amount has still not been credited to my account balance. The UPI payment was completed successfully, and I have both a Paytm receipt and a bank PDF document showing a payment of 4,999.63 INR on 09 August 2026 with a UPI reference number. Despite this, when I contacted BDGgame support, I was only told that the payment is under review or that they are checking the payment, and no clear solution or timeframe was provided. As of now, my BDGgame balance still does not reflect this deposit. I request that my missing deposit be credited to my BDGgame account without any further delay or, if that is not possible, that the full amount be refunded back to my original payment method. I also ask to be informed in writing about the result and the reason for this issue.
