Unfair BGMI Account Ban

I am writing regarding my BGMI account, which I play on my Pad7 device and which was suddenly banned on 18 September 2026. The game showed a notice that my account was banned until 2036 for violating rules, but I have never used any cheats, third‑party applications, or any unfair methods while playing. I have been playing on this account for around seven years and I have also spent money on it. Losing access to this account means losing both my time and my financial investment, even though I have always tried to follow the rules. I kindly request that you review my account in detail and remove this ban, and if there has been a mistake, restore my account with all its progress and purchases intact.
