BGMI Account Unban

I am writing regarding my BGMI account with the in‑game name “SURAJ isLIVE”, which was permanently banned today while I was playing on my Poco F6 device running HyperOS. The ban appeared suddenly in the middle of the game and I was only shown that the account was banned, without a clear and specific explanation of what rule I allegedly violated. I have never used any third‑party applications, cheats, modified APKs, scripts, GFX tools, or any unfair means on this account or device. I always play fairly and follow the BGMI rules because I value my account and the time and money I have invested in the game. I kindly request that my account with Player ID 5903432022 be thoroughly investigated once again. If this ban was issued by mistake or due to a false detection, I ask that you lift the permanent ban and restore full access to my account.
