I Face BateryBet Withdrawal Problems After My Account Was Restricted

I have been experiencing several serious problems with my Battery Bet account on the Android application, and despite contacting support many times, I have still not received any proper solution.

My withdrawal of ₹37,854 has remained pending for a long time. In addition, the withdrawal section inside the app constantly displays the message “Temporary Unavailable,” which prevents me from completing the withdrawal process or accessing my funds normally.

My account, with the username “Kingvicky,” was also blocked earlier without any clear explanation being provided. After this happened, I submitted all the required documents and verification details requested by the platform. I also explained the nickname and name mismatch issue and provided valid identification documents to confirm my identity and account ownership.

Despite fully cooperating and completing the verification process, the issues with both my account and my pending withdrawal still remain unresolved. I have repeatedly contacted Battery Bet support through both email and live chat, but I have not received any effective assistance, final update, or clear explanation regarding my funds.

Because of this ongoing delay, my money has been stuck for many days, causing serious frustration, stress, and a loss of trust in the platform.

I kindly request that Battery Bet urgently review my account in detail, remove any unnecessary restrictions, restore the withdrawal section so it functions normally again, and approve my pending withdrawal of ₹37,854 as soon as possible.

I also request a clear and final written update regarding the status of my account and my funds without any further delay. I expect this matter to be resolved urgently, as I have already waited far too long.
