Barbour Order BRB424VY1333N Refund Unpaid Six Months After Approval Email
On February 22, 2026, I placed an online order with Barbour (Order Number: BRB424VY1333N) and subsequently returned the item on February 26, 2026. On the same day, February 26, 2026, Barbour sent an official confirmation email stating: "Your return has been approved, and depending on your bank, the refund will reflect in your account within 5–7 business days."
Over six months have passed since this written approval, yet no funds have been credited back to my credit card. Withholding consumer funds for half a year after issuing an explicit return approval violates the 14-day statutory refund limit under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and distance selling regulations.
I demand that Barbour Turkey immediately process the outstanding reimbursement to my credit card and provide the official Bank Reference/ARN Number for the transaction. If the payment is not executed immediately, I will initiate an official bank chargeback (harcama itirazı) and submit a complaint to the Consumer Arbitration Board.
