Barbour Online Store Retains Payment While Leaving Customer With Zero Delivered Products

On March 13, 2026, I placed an online order for a Barbour quilted jacket under Order Reference BRB741LC2331S. However, upon delivery, I received an entirely different product from what was purchased.

When I contacted customer service to rectify this fulfillment error, Barbour representatives falsely insisted the correct item had been sent, rejected my return request, and adopted a dismissive and accusatory tone. Despite their refusal, I returned the incorrect item with a clear explanation of the error. In response, Barbour incomprehensibly re-shipped the exact same wrong product to me a second time. After returning the item once more, the company completely severed communication, leaving my inquiries unanswered. Currently, I hold zero products while Barbour retains my full payment.

Retaining paid consumer funds without delivering the ordered merchandise—and repeatedly shipping incorrect items while refusing to process a return—violates distance selling regulations and fundamental consumer rights under Law No. 6502.

I demand that Barbour immediately issue a full refund of the purchase price for Order BRB741LC2331S to my original payment method.
