I would like to report a product listed on Trendyol under the name “acrdekor Barbie Maket Pasta,” which I believe is an unlicensed and counterfeit Barbie product. It appears very clear that the product listing uses a Barbie image downloaded from the internet without authorization and potentially taken from another source without permission. I came across this product while browsing Trendyol today and became concerned that the listing may constitute a serious copyright and trademark infringement.

Barbie is a globally recognized and licensed brand, and the unauthorized use of its images, combined with product listings that give the impression of being counterfeit or imitation products, should not be allowed on a major marketplace such as Trendyol. Products of this nature can damage the reputation of the brand while also misleading consumers and potentially generating unfair profits through unauthorized use of protected intellectual property.

I request that Trendyol promptly investigate this product and remove it from the platform if it is found to be unlicensed, counterfeit, or infringing.
