Badoo Account Banned Without Explanation – Request Review and Reactivation

I am using the Badoo mobile application on my Samsung Galaxy M32 and my account was suddenly banned today. The only information I received was a short notice saying that I violated Badoo’s community guidelines, but there was no clear explanation about which rule I allegedly broke or what exact behaviour was a problem. When I open the app I only see that my dispute is under review, but I do not know what I am specifically accused of. I contacted Badoo support through the application, but I have not received any response so far. Not knowing the detailed reason is very upsetting, especially since I want to continue using my account properly and in line with your terms. I kindly request that you clearly explain the exact reason why my account was banned, including which community guideline or rule was allegedly breached, and that you review this situation again. If there has been a mistake or misunderstanding, I ask that my Badoo account be reactivated as soon as possible so that I can continue using your service.
