Azar App Kicked Me Out on iPhone and Now I Can't Reinstall It

I downloaded the Azar app on my iPhone, used it for a while, and then was suddenly logged out with no explanation. When I tried to log back in, I was unable to do so. I uninstalled the app, but two days later when I tried to reinstall it, I could not download it again.
I would like to reinstall Azar on my phone and use it without any issues. I am requesting that access to my account and to the app itself be restored, and that this access issue be permanently resolved.
