Request for Refund and Email Correction for AVG Secure VPN Subscription
Dear AVG Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I downloaded the free trial of AVG Secure VPN for PC, and before the two-month trial period ended, I canceled my subscription. However, today I noticed that a charge was made to my account.
When I tried to access my account on the AVG website to check this, I realized that I had mistakenly registered with the wrong email address: "j*********@gmail.com." The correct email address I intended to use, which contains two 'k's, is "j**********@gmail.com." Unfortunately, due to this error, I cannot access my account.
I kindly request a refund for the charge and the cancellation of my subscription. If a refund is not possible, I would appreciate it if you could transfer my account to the correct email address, "j**********@gmail.com," so I can access the product I paid for.
