Audi Q3 - Spare Key and Transmission Fault

Dear Audi Customer Service, I am the owner of a 2022 Audi Q3 35 TFSI 150 hp Advanced S tronic vehicle, with VIN WAUZZZF31N1099641 and engine number DFY332669, which I purchased from Doğuş Oto Pazarlama ve Tic. A.Ş. Ankara on 14.04.2022, with invoice number BAA2022000000779. At the time of delivery, the vehicle was handed over to me with only one key due to the global chip shortage, and I was informed that the spare key would be delivered at a later date. Despite my repeated attempts over the years to contact your authorized dealer and customer service, the spare key has still not been provided. This ongoing issue has seriously shaken my trust in the Audi brand. In addition, despite having only 50,000 km on the odometer, my vehicle repeatedly displays transmission fault warnings. It is both disappointing and concerning that a vehicle from a premium brand such as Audi exhibits such a critical malfunction at this mileage. One of the main reasons I chose Audi was the brand’s reputation for reliability and customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, my current experience does not reflect these values. I respectfully request that this matter be addressed promptly and that I be contacted as soon as possible to resolve these long-standing issues.
