I Bought Asics Gel-Excite 10 and It Tore Within a Month

On February 1, 2025 at 05:55, I ordered a pair of Asics Gel-Excite 10 men's black running shoes (product code: 1011B600-010) from the Sportive store on Trendyol. It hasn’t even been a full month, and the shoe has already torn open on the right side.

I chose this product because I trusted Asics for quality and Sportive for its retail reputation. But clearly, this pair was far from what’s expected from either brand. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay for a supposedly durable running shoe and face this kind of defect in less than 30 days.

I’m requesting immediate action—either a full refund, exchange, or official repair. This level of quality is unacceptable, and customers shouldn’t be left dealing with defective products.
