ASICS Novablast 5 Platinum Order Still Not Shipped After Weeks
On May 12, 2026, I purchased the ASICS Novablast 5 Platinum model for approximately $241. However, despite today being May 22, 2026, my order status still only shows “order received.” Customer service representatives keep giving vague responses just to calm the situation, saying that I will receive an update, but no actual follow-up or resolution ever happens.
I purchased this product as a birthday gift for May 31, 2026, but at this rate it will probably arrive after the birthday because the holiday period is also approaching. On top of that, before the product was even shipped, its price dropped to approximately $189. This situation has made the experience even more frustrating and disappointing.
I kindly request that the necessary action be taken regarding both the excessive shipping delay and the significant price drop before delivery. I expect ASICS to provide a proper solution and resolve my inconvenience as soon as possible.
