ASICS Customer Service Keeps Saying “Under Review” About My Refund

On May 9, 2026, I purchased a pair of ASICS GEL-NYC shoes through Asics.com.tr. Because the size was too small, I started the return process on May 15, 2026, and I am currently waiting for the refund of approximately $241 that I paid with my credit card. Every time I ask about the status of my return, I am only told that it is “under review,” and I feel like the process is constantly being delayed without any real progress.

The return process itself has been extremely problematic. In order to start a return, customers are required to call customer service to receive a return code, and this process cannot be completed online. After sending the product back, there is no way to track whether the package was received or what stage the refund process is in through the system. Even though my order/return number is 988AH2289W, the process is not transparent or properly trackable.

So far, I have contacted ASICS customer service twice by email, but I still have not received any concrete result. I request that the approximately $241 charged to my credit card be refunded to my account immediately and that I receive a clear written update regarding the current status of my return process.
