Asics Gel-Venture 9 Peeling and Tear Issues
I purchased the Asics Gel-Venture 9 on October 12, 2023. I sent the shoe in for inspection since it was flaking and tearing inside. However, I received a rejection indicating that the merchandise had been machine washed, which was incorrect. Because the denial was irrelevant to the aforementioned complaint, I sent it in for reevaluation, only to receive another rejection. When I called customer assistance, I mentioned that the problem was within the shoe and even stressed that the laces were not loosened during inspection. Despite being instructed to resend for further scrutiny, it was refused again, almost mockingly. The product underwent four inspections, each lasting 10 days including delivery, for a total of forty days, leaving it scarcely utilized. Throughout this time, instead of sticking by their goods, customer service offered usage-related reasons. It appears that contentment ends at the time of purchase, leaving clients unsupported beyond.

Hello, Your customer service just called me and verbally informed me that they cannot process my request, rejecting it once again. As if rejecting the defective product three times without inspection wasn't enough, they called and rejected it again verbally. Asics is a regret, friends, don't waste your money.
