I subscribed to Asana Rebel but many features stayed locked—how can I restore my purchase and unlock everything?

If you’ve subscribed to Asana Rebel but still see locked features, first make sure you’re logged in with the same email address used at purchase — mismatched logins often prevent recognition of your subscription.

Next, in the app go to the Activity tab → Settings (gear icon) → scroll down → “Restore purchase”. This refreshes the app’s subscription status and is frequently all that’s needed.

If you bought through the Apple App Store, and restore doesn’t work, you may need to contact Apple support; for Google Play or direct website purchases, reach out to Asana Rebel support with your receipt details.
