I purchased an Arçelik 10120 imp washing machine from the ceyizsfyshop website approximately 1.5-2 months ago (Order No: 492PE7346H). Since the first day I bought the machine, my laundry has been left dirty and has a foul odor after washing. Because the machine is under warranty, I called Arçelik service and requested a service request. However, I'm requesting a replacement, not a repair. I've had this problem with the machine since day one, and this continues to be a problem. I request a swift resolution to this problem and a replacement.
