Apple Subscription Not Cancelled Properly – Multiple Charges Taken

I am writing regarding unexpected charges made to my Apple account for an iCloud subscription in the United States. Despite cancelling my iCloud subscription last week, I was charged 19.99 USD on 04/04/2026 and then charged 19.99 USD twice more on 04/05/2026, for a total of three separate 19.99 USD payments. These three charges should not have occurred after cancellation, and they appear to be duplicate or erroneous billings for the same iCloud service. I contacted support and was only advised to contact the “shortdrama,” which did not resolve my issue and left me without a clear solution. I request a full refund for all three 19.99 USD charges and confirmation that my iCloud subscription is fully cancelled so that no further payments will be taken from my account.
