Hintapp Unauthorized Apple Subscription

I am writing about an unexpected charge related to Hintapp on my Apple account. Today I noticed a pending charge of $29.99 even though I did not knowingly start any subscription, free trial, or paid service within the Hintapp mobile application. I have tried to find a way to contact Hintapp but I have not been able to locate any clear customer service number or support channel to resolve this issue. At the same time, I see this $29.99 amount pending in my account and I am concerned about being charged for a service I did not intend to purchase. I request that this $29.99 pending charge be fully refunded and that any active or future Hintapp subscription linked to my Apple account be completely cancelled. I also expect a clear explanation of how this charge was initiated without my explicit consent, so that similar issues do not occur again.
