Apple Watch Series 6 Malfunction, Denied Warranty Service

Hello, We used the apple watch series 6 44mm model that we bought from MediaMarkt for about 2 years. Wearing it pretty sparsely. At the end of 2 years, there was a serious malfunction. The watch  does not turn on, when plugged into the charger, the thermometer sign appears and it definitely did not improve with reset etc. We made an appointment and went to the Apple store tough center Istanbul and showed the product. The first person who greeted us was very interested and surprised by this problem. It was not an uncommon situation. However, the warranty period had expired for about 60 days, so he wanted to call his superior. However, the lady who came had a seriously opposite attitude and refused the product. It was said that it is not made under warranty, she. We also stated that we are very connected and good customers who have been using every product of Apple for 20 years, and we also found a site saying that we love our family very much, etc. Why can't you include it in the goodwill guarantee? But unfortunately we came across a very interesting and rude answer. The lady in the managerial position gave an answer like "everyone loves apple like you, what's wrong with it", and based on this, we left without even talking about getting it paid for, and we stated that we would throw the watch in the trash.
