Apple iPhone Service! Support Services! Gives A Bad Experience!

I have been using iPhone phones for 3 generations, I am a good phone user, this is the first time I needed a service and Apple let me down. They have been saying that they will get back from support services for 2 times and that they will help me in any way they can, but they do not come back and do not help. Many people around me are iPhone users and I share this situation with them. Apple is giving me a bad service experience!
