Mini Chat App Is No Longer Available in My App Store Region

I use an iPhone 16 Pro, and for approximately 15 days I have been unable to find the Mini Chat app on the Apple App Store. When I try to access the app’s page, I receive messages stating that “the app is unavailable” and that “this app is currently not available in your country or region.” I have not made any changes to the country or region settings on my phone.

I am experiencing this restriction even though I have not violated any policies and have not changed my region settings. I request that Apple make the Mini Chat app available again in the App Store for my country and provide a clear explanation of why this restriction has occurred.
