Amway Skincare Line Triggers Severe Breakouts and Lasting Skin Damage
I signed up for an Amway membership and purchased several products under my account in February: a green mask, ultra-intense firming cream, red mask, SPF 50 sunscreen, and toner. I used these products for about a month, after which painful breakouts, severe dark spots, and lasting damage appeared on my skin. My skin has remained in this condition for roughly four months without any improvement.
Due to these severe skin issues, I consulted a dermatologist and am currently undergoing treatment with prescribed medications, including Ketoral shampoo, Acnelyse cream, Etrexin gel, and Tetradox. My doctor explicitly instructed me to stop using the Amway products immediately. I have suffered health complications and am left with expensive products that I can no longer use.
When I bought the products, reps promised a money-back guarantee without mentioning any time limits or hidden conditions. However, when I reported the issue and requested a refund, customer support told me the return window had expired and denied my claim. I stopped using the products after less than a month, and they are still sitting unused in my home. They refused to accept the return and even suggested I resell the products to someone else at a discount—an offer I refuse to accept given what these products did to my skin.
I demand that Amway accept a full return of all items under order/transaction number 45098028505 and issue a complete refund for the total amount paid. I ask that the company take responsibility for my medical and financial hardship and resolve this issue promptly.
