Amway eSpring Water Purifier Leaks From Base and Hoses After Years of Use

I have used my Amway eSpring water purifier for a long time, and it is leaking water from the middle and lower sections. I have been dealing with this same issue for about five years, and I now suspect that the hoses are leaking as well. Even though I replace the filter annually, this leak problem was never resolved and continues to persist.

This situation disrupts our daily living convenience and forces us to constantly clean up water around the house. Despite facing this issue for so long, I haven't been able to speak with anyone because I couldn't find an accessible service system or support channel.

I demand that Amway dispatch a technician for my eSpring water purifier free of charge and permanently resolve this water leak issue.
