Amore App Failed to Credit Paid Tokens and Blocked Login

I had an account on the Amore dating and meeting app, and my photos were also on the account. Suddenly, I was logged out of my account, and I am now unable to log back in, yet my account is still being used.

I am requesting that I be contacted regarding this issue. In addition, most of the tokens I purchased with real money were not credited to my account.
