Amar Slot Winnings Were Not Credited to My Account

I had been using the Amar dating app for some time for entertainment purposes, and during this period, I deposited more than $611 into the app. As if it were not enough that almost everything in the app requires payment, the high amounts of coins I won in the slot games were also not credited to my account.

Yesterday afternoon, while playing the slot game with a 500-coin bet, I won 250,000 coins on my first spin, but the winnings were not credited to my account. Then, on my second attempt, I won approximately another 16,000 coins, but that amount was also not reflected in my account. I have screenshots showing both of these winnings, yet the app did not add them to my balance.

When I contacted support, they only told me that there might be a delay and that I should wait. Despite the passage of time, neither of my winnings has been credited, and no concrete solution has been provided. It is very clear to me that they are withholding high-value winnings and simply delaying users instead of resolving the issue.

I request a full refund of all the money I have deposited into the Amar app to date, which amounts to more than $611, and I want this unfair situation to be resolved. I also expect a clear and specific explanation as to why my winnings from the slot games were not credited to my account.
