Amar Diamond to Cash Conversion Rate Is Too Low
I have been using the Amar app regularly for some time, and although I have earned a large number of diamonds through the app, I am seriously dissatisfied with the rate at which these diamonds are converted into money. For example, even though I earned 76,000 diamonds, the value is shown as approximately $24, which is an extremely low amount when converted into Turkish lira and does not adequately reflect the time and effort I have put in.
Because the app does not clearly and transparently explain the exchange rate or conversion rate used to convert earned diamonds into money, I feel that I have been treated unfairly. The diamonds I earned through the time and effort I invested are being converted into such a small amount that they feel almost meaningless.
I request that Amar clearly and transparently disclose its diamond-to-money conversion rate, establish a fair rate that does not disadvantage users, and reassess the diamonds currently in my account accordingly. I also request compensation for the significant amount of time and effort I have spent, as I still have not received the amount I believe I am entitled to in my account.
